Menthi Majjiga

Butter Milk - 2 cups
Green Chilles - 2
Salt -  as required
Cilantro - 1 tbspn
Curry Lvs - 1tbspn
Turmeric - a pinch

For Seasoning :

Oil - 1tbspn
Chana Dal -1 tspn
Urad Dal - 1 tspn
Mustard Seeds- 1 tspn
Cumin Seeds - 1 tspn
Methi Seeds - 1tspn
Hing - a pinch

Method :


  • Add salt,turmeric,cilantro,curry leaves to the butter milk and mix it well.
  • In a vessel add a tbspn of oil.Add the seasoning.When the seasoning is well fried add this seasoning to the butter milk and mix it well.

Tasty Menthi majjiga is ready:-)))
