Ingredients :
Chana Dal - 1 Cup
Red Chillies - 4
Cumin Seeds - 1 tspn
Black Pepper - 1 tspn
Salt - 1 tspn (or) according to taste
Method :
It goes well with hot rice and Peanut Oil.

Method :
- In a pan dry roast Chana Dal,Red Chilles,Cumin Seeds & Black Pepper seperately till they gets the nice aroma.
- When it gets cool down add a tspn of salt and blend it to a fine powder.
- Store it in a air tight container.
It goes well with hot rice and Peanut Oil.
